You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to provider availability and acceptance. Payments are processed through our secure payment system. Cancellation policies vary by service type and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of HausDogs. Providers are responsible for the quality of care they deliver, maintaining required insurance and certifications, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, ensuring their pets are current on vaccinations, disclosing any behavioral issues or special needs, and maintaining a safe environment for providers visiting their home.

7. Limitation of Liability

HausDogs acts as a platform connecting clients with providers. While we vet all providers, we are not liable for the actions of providers or the outcomes of services booked through our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to HausDogs for the specific transaction in question.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
