For Businesses

You run a business. We onboard you as one.

Training facilities, boarding kennels, mobile vet and grooming practices — you have credentialed staff, liability insurance, a commercial location, and a legal entity. HausDogs verifies exactly that: your credentials and your entity, not your personal identity. No driver's license, no SSN, no date of birth — not at any step.

Verified on your credentials

We check your entity registration with the state, your liability insurance against your COI, and every staff credential with its issuing body — and record what was checked, where, and when.

Capped commission — same terms as everyone

18% of the service price, capped at $250 per booking. No subscription, no listing fee. Or switch to Pro after 5 bookings: $99/month flat, no commission on services.

One listing, your whole team

Your business is one bookable entity — one rate, one calendar, one payout to your account. Your credentialed staff appear on your profile as the professionals behind the work.

Why facilities join

You already have a business. HausDogs doesn't change how you run it — it fills it.

Fill open capacity

Empty runs, quiet weekday slots, an off-season calendar — bookings route into the capacity you already have, without discounting your rates to get them.

Owners shopping on standard

HausDogs owners specifically choose vetted care. Your verified credentials and insurance appear right on your listing — the diligence you've already done becomes the reason they pick you.

Keep your clients, add new ones

Your existing clients, website, and booking flow stay yours. Nothing changes about how you run your business — HausDogs is an additional channel, not a replacement.

The standard

Individual providers on HausDogs verify their identity, pass a background check, and complete our certification. Businesses meet the same bar with different evidence: a verified entity, verified insurance, and staff credentialed by outside certifying bodies — checked with the issuing source by a person on our team, and re-verified as credentials renew. Neither route is the lesser one; they're different proof of the same thing. Your listing carries the Credentialed Facility badge — and owners can see in one click exactly what it means.

What we ask for

  • Legal entity name, DBA, and state registration
  • Commercial location
  • Liability insurance — carrier, coverage, and a certificate of insurance
  • Each staff member's professional credential (any certifying body)
  • The services you offer

What we never ask for

  • Driver's license
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Any personal identity document

Businesses are verified on credentials and entity — a different route than individual providers, equally rigorous, and honest about what was checked.

Business FAQ

Why don't you ask for a driver's license?

Identity screening is how we vet individuals working on their own. A business is vetted as a business: we verify your entity registration, your liability insurance, and each staff credential against its issuing source. Personal identity documents are not part of the business process.

What does it cost?

18% of the service price, capped at $250 per booking. No subscription, no listing fee. Or switch to Pro after 5 bookings: $99/month flat, no commission on services. The same terms every provider on HausDogs works under — a facility and an individual pay identical fees. If a booking doesn't happen, you owe nothing.

We have several trainers — do they each need an account?

No. Your business is a single bookable listing: one rate, one calendar, one payout. Staff are listed as credentialed team members on your profile — their names, credentials, and issuing bodies appear; owners book the business.

We're a solo operation that incorporated — do we qualify?

Yes. A registered entity with one credentialed person is a business. One staff credential is all the application requires.

Do we take the HausDogs certification?

No — the certification is the individual route's standard. A business qualifies on a different kind of evidence: staff credentials issued and verified by outside certifying bodies, entity registration, and insurance. Same bar, different proof. At approval you'll receive a short operator guide covering how bookings, cancellations, and payouts work on the platform — reference material, not coursework.

How does verification actually work?

A human on our team checks each item against its source — the state registry for your entity, your COI for insurance, and the issuing body for each credential — and records what was checked, where, and when. Verification is manual on purpose: it's a real check, honestly recorded.
